Akbar, the customer service guy that is at the counter, said that the $20 plan isn’t available, just the $25 plan. I said that is fine, and to sign me up. We go through the process, and when he tried to enroll me into the app, there was a different email address that I never gave permission for him to use. I politely asked him to use the email address that I gave him. He said that the email that he used was the store’s email. Long story short, the enrollment process in this store seems VERY shady to me. He even impersonated me on the phone with me standing in front of him, while there is a camera focused on us. I’m honestly just going to cancel the service in a few days and sign up with Verizon directly. There may have been people that have had a great experience here, but not me.
