- CSChelsey S.Oct 22, 20251.0I went there today awesome for a phone number change and specifically asking for a 724 area code number, I was given a 412 number and then told to call cricket customer service to get waived to get a 724 number. I called cricket customer service they would not waive my fear and then I called this store again, the employee said to come back down and that she would try to waive the fee to get me what I originally asked for. The managers ended up deciding to not waive the fee. So my experience was super shitty. I was told to do all of this work for a mistake that wasn't mine and then it was never actually given when I originally asked for.
