There were so many issues because Verizon employees can no longer access accounts and can only sell products now. You have to call customer service for everything. Patricia helped us navigate everything and we were able to upgrade our phones and get the best plan that fit us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t thank her enough!
