There were so many issues because Verizon employees can no longer access accounts and can only sell products now. You have to call customer service for everything. Patricia helped us navigate everything and we were able to upgrade our phones and get the best plan that fit us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t thank her enough!

She was patient, knowledgeable, and committed to solving the problem. The issue was resolved without involving corporate.(which even reps have stated are not so customer oriented) Personalized and effective support is so refreshing!! Thank you so much.

Was very sweet and warm she definitely made me feel like a real person not just a number or sale. I would definitely buy from her again. She helps staying with this phone company worth it cause I know if I have a problem she will doing everything she can to help. I recommend driving to her she is one of the best people I have ever dealt with in the phone business.
