    Picked up my daughters phone last week. Walked in and was looked at like I was alien. Be aware of the faces you make when customers walk in. Attitude loses sales. And customers can read it on your face when you look at them with distain for walking in.

    Went in for a new phone and questions regarding an upgrade, upgrade was done at a 3rd party Verizon location. We met with Alicia who helped with all our questions, and corrected the errors done at the other location. She went above and beyond assisting us and provided excellent customer service. This has not been our first interaction with Alicia, as she previously helped us in the past. And we were extremely happy with our interactions with her then. Alicia is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the Verizon company.

    Worst customer service. Verizon will misrepresent offers and then make you go through unreasonable actions in order to receive them. The whole company is not ethical in any way. This store perfectly fits the unethical culture. Do not expect help from them. They don't care. The manager's idea of good customer service is saying feel free to leave us. No matter what, this company will make you feel like you owe them a favor and all you want is for them to honor their offers and agreements. They are too big to fall in the near future, but, Verizon won't last more than five years if they don't make drastic systemic charges. The below response from the manager is total nonsense. He is not sorry for inconvenience. He would rather be right to feed his ego than do what is right.
