I wasn’t happy with the service (they ultimately charged me double monthly I think because I wasn’t interested in their phone service) and I found a better deal with xfinity. I couldn’t get ahold of their customer service line so I carried my router in store where they told me they couldn’t cancel service from in store. When I did get ahold of customer service and cancelled my service, they told me I could return my router to any store. Brought it back to that same store where they told me they ALSO couldn’t take back the routers in store. I left still with my router in hand and had to wait an hour wait to get ahold of an actual representative on the phone or 20 minutes to get help via their online chat. The representative over chat finally got me set up to return my router by dropping it off at a UPS store (all because they were hoping I never would so they could charge me). Now a month later, they charged me for that Amazon gift that I got as a promotion for signing up.

To be told very rudely, they are not fios. I was going in to deactivate everything and told they don’t do fios the do cellular. I am livid. Who ever the guy is should not be working in the store. I was already speaking with someone with a tablet. So no one in a Verizon store could help me.. financially assaulted every month and this was today’s experience. I wouldn’t even know this guy worked at/for Verizon. He dressed like he was fresh off the street and to tell a customer they’re not fios. Disgraceful. I really wanted to leave Verizon today.
