To be told very rudely, they are not fios. I was going in to deactivate everything and told they don’t do fios the do cellular. I am livid. Who ever the guy is should not be working in the store. I was already speaking with someone with a tablet. So no one in a Verizon store could help me.. financially assaulted every month and this was today’s experience. I wouldn’t even know this guy worked at/for Verizon. He dressed like he was fresh off the street and to tell a customer they’re not fios. Disgraceful. I really wanted to leave Verizon today.

When they make mistakes on your account they do not take accountability. We didn’t get the correct credit for trading in 4 phones, they didn’t port 1 of the line, we got another bill from AT&T after we thought that line was close. We had 4 line and 4 phones , they ported 3 lines and gave us 1 extra line, what since did that make? Why would we keep a AT&T line if we traded the phone . Amatures, the Muslim guy basically threw us out the store, very disrespectful. Because we were right and they were wrong .
