I know that I will need a new phone in the near future, but was not ready to do that today. I have a disabled daughter and I have to have a phone. I was helped, told the options and allowed to make MY choice without pressure. Jay was wonderful and reached out to her DM, Cindy to confirm that replacing the SIM would solve my problems for now and not be a waste. I will be going back before too long to purchase my phone at this location!
