The wait and service times were unacceptable. I just wanted to pick up a repair and was waiting for over 30 minutes. The customer desk couldn’t help me with this basic request and no one at the geek squad desk was available.
Why would anyone ever go to Best Buy if the customer experience is so terrible? Why can’t customer service do basic customer service things.
Trust me, you are way better off going to the Apple Store in Lancaster for anything Apple related.

I was locked out of my laptop due to a Bitlocker issue. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and was offered an in store appointment that afternoon. I was blessed to have Logan as my service tech. He worked tirelessly to get my laptop up and running. He ran into so many issues while trying to figure it out. After quite some time of steadily working on it, he was able to get onto my laptop. Thank you so much Logan for your excellent customer service and help. I was so stressed when I first came in, and you definitely put me at ease. YOU'RE THE BEST!
