    This Best Buy is a Rip-Off. They nickel and dime You and push You to buy every warranty and add-on imaginable. Avoid this Best Buy.

    I visited Best buy today on jonestown. I was looking for a 65-in TV or 75-in TV. Myself and two other couples was in the same area looking at TVs trying to make a decision. A salesperson came over and he asked the two other couples in the same area that I was in. If they were okay, did they need any help? They said oh no, we're fine. He never asked me or even looked my way or even acknowledged that my existence. Well, you can call it what you want, but I know what it felt like and I didn't deserve that. Was it intentional? Absolutely. I may be a lot of things, but invisible is not one. That's $2,199. or more for a TV and possibly $600. + for a sound system that Best buy didn't get today. Now let's see how PC Richards does. Oh yes, I will drive to Philly, or have it delivered because I know what I'm looking for now. I don't have a problem at all with that. Hope this helps.

    I went there to buy a PS4 controller. Apparently they don't carry those in the store, but they sell them online through a third-party? So I walked out empty-handed.. that's all I went there for, and that's all I needed. I won't be buying from the third-party online. I don't know why they do that ? Walmart does the same thing. what's so hard about carrying PS4 controllers? And no, I don't want to buy a new PS5.. And if Sony isn't making PS4 Dual shock controllers any longer, I think that is a bad business decision as many people like to use the PS4 still.

    I purchased a car alarm system but before i did i contacted best buy about me having an old system in vehicle already and would there be an upcharge. They stated no it's free install they will start fresh. So i ordered it. At the time there systemvwas glitching so i had to call back next day to set up appointment. I called set up appointment they ordered wire harness for vehicle since sytem never added it to my order. Again asked if there would be a charge for my old system being in and they assured me no charge. Take vehicle in on saturday i get a call 10 min later hey you have an old system in your car we will have to charge you 165.00 to take it out. I said what i was told before buying there wouldn't be a charge. The guy then got smart and said best buy should not be telling customers there is no charge when there is. I said best buy is your employer then can say no charge if they want. He said you have two options pay the fee or get a refund and be done. At this point i already waited 2 weeks for an appointment so i asked to speak to mgr. He was basically sayingvsame thing but offered to do it for 84.00. Which if i was suppose to pay this fee in beginning would be a deal. I felt like i was being strong armed youbpay or you leave with nothing. So i paid so i can get this done. Called bestbuy lady was agreeingvwith me was about to refund then had tobtalk to someone came back on and was a whole different person acting like the store if you didn't like it you shouldn't have paid there is nothing i can do they have time into your vehicle. Worst experience ever will never use this company again.

    Best Buy is in decline. Three months ago I placed a pre-order, and two days before the product was due to be delivered, they canceled everything after I had waited all this time. I find this kind of practice very irresponsible on their part because if you order and pay for something you've already purchased, they never contacted me, not even a message or email. The next day I went to their store and they told me the product was out of stock, that only six people had purchased it, and that one buyer had taken all the available stock. So I don't understand why they would open pre-orders without any stock available. It's a waste of time for me. As a company, they've lost credibility, and I don't intend to give them another penny. I'm also canceling the credit card I got from them.
