He explained all to me and showed me where to go, as well as helping me to sign up with verizon discounts, such as my nursing license. I've been a nurse over 30 years, no-one has ever helped me with this as I couldn't do by myself, not computer savvy. You have an exceptional employee, I will recommend my friends and family to Jake! - LPLexi PDec 4, 20251.0Went in to get our phones transferred from another provider. Paid over $250 the first day. Took 3 hours because the employee couldn't get the e-sims to work. Was told it wasn't worth trading our phones in as we were getting 4 phones "free" with the 3 year plan, then she charged us $90 to transfer the data which we could have done at home if we knew there was a fee. We got our phones less than 2 weeks ago and in 9 days we owe almost $500. I called the corporate customer service and waited 20 minutes on hold for a person, then waited another 45 minutes on hold for a supervisor only to be hung up on. This whole company is a joke.

We were seen promptly by an employee who was knowledgeable about the plans and was helpful in getting us signed up. Unfortunately, we were charged an extra $45 per person for “setup assistance” that was not wanted. We didn’t know this was being charged until we looked at our bill later. We thought we were being charged the activation fee. I even told this employee that I could do this at home myself, and he didn’t listen to me. We weren’t told that this was a service and didn’t know we were being charged. This is a super underhanded practice and don’t let them set up your phone here. Do it at home and save $45.
