  Russel is Such an amazing person and worker he knows his stuff Has always been willing to help me with my phone plans and with upgrades to all of my phones!! I’ll always come into the store and he is always so kind pleasant and super helpful! I’d recommend any of my friends to him. Truly appreciate all his help!!

  Krissi was in a hurry to close the store early by 1:30 tuesday 12/10. It was 1:00pm when I arrived with my own mobile hotspot device to purchase a Cricket SIM and prepaid data plan. Krissi must not be very experienced because she broke down the SIM to nano size and positioned it loosely in a micro size SIM slot. She turned on the device, put it in it's box, handed it to me, charged my credit card $72.09, told me to let it run awhile before setting it up and sent me home with no receipt or paperwork. When I got home unit would not work. It could not detect the SIM. No one else works at this store and they are closed tomorrow and I have this issue that needs resolved. To the owner; what part of not having a receipt or any paperwork to show what I purchased or how to setup an account do you not understand? I DO NOT HAVE A CRICKET PHONE NUMBER!!!!! No one at store will call back or answer phone. I will be disputing $10.59 of my total sale $72.09 with my credit card bank. This will cover the SIM Krissi ruined. If I have to go to the York store to have them find my account and grant me access to it I will. They sold me a new SIM in the correct size and transferred data but I still have no account nor do I know how to order more data. This is getting out of hand. HEY OWNER, LOOK ME UP AND CALL ME. I AM NOT ON X AND FACEBOOK GETS ME NOWHERE AS I DO NOT HAVE A CRICKET PHONE NUMBER. I PURCHASED A DATA PLAN BYOD 12/10/2024 AT APPROXIMATELY 1 pm.
