    Absolutely pathetic services I upgraded from a galaxy S 22 To a iPhone Air. I had 30 days to bring back my galaxy Upon bringing back my galaxy The Person working at Verizon couldn’t get the case off So they kept my case a the lanyard that was on the case. And do I see the $25 spent for a phone case no do I see the $15.97 for the lanyard now How do you work at Verizon and not know how to takeoff a phone case? By the way, I wasn’t there I had someone else turn in the phone for me Or else I would’ve got it myself

    I went to this store and the associate Gabriel there set up my account told me my monthly bill would be approximately 220 dollars a month since then my bill has been all over the place it’s never even been close to 220 a month it keeps changing and I pay 400 a month he totally lied to me just to get me to sign up. Didn't even finish setting up my phone before he rushed me out of the store so he could go home . edit: this has still been a reoccurring issue. do not go here seriously . I've been a Verizon customer for 10 years and never had these issues
