  I went in to return my trade-in phone to the store manager, Gary. He didn’t ask me my name or my phone number. He immediately started to search on the computer for what I’m not sure and then started to text on his phone. He proceeded to tell me that he had never done this before and maybe somebody could walk him through it. Eventually, he asked for my cell phone number and still seemed confused. Somehow the conversation came to be that he thought I was turning in a new phone and discontinuing my service and I told him no I was returning my trade-in phone because I had purchased a new one two weeks ago and he still said he wasn’t sure how to do it. I told him I could come back another day because I wanted it done right and he fiddled some more on the computer and then said To just come back another day. Shouldn’t a store manager know all of the functions that happen in his store??

  The worker is exceptionally nice, and knows product and billing issues beyond her responsibility. But the store has no manager to work with customers that have issues that the store representative does not have access to to rectify problems. My recommendation is to go to a corporate store, not a satellite store such as Russell's Cellular to make any large purchases. This store changed our plan to give us $400.each trade by saying nothing will change but the plan name. False information to make sales. By the time the bil came and the amount was over the trade in value it was too late to change it back and no Mgr to straighten this and other issues.

  Wes was great. Customer service was top notch. Made purchasing/upgrading a phone as easy as it could be. Would highly recommend him!!
