Was able to promptly resolve issue, and for me that I could have a discount through my employer for our wireless plan, and helped me save on a bundle through Netflix and Hulu . After I left, I had additional questions, called and was not able to speak with her immediately, but she did call back to answer my inquiry. Great experience highly recommend.
