  Was sold 3 iPhones and was told that I would get full credit for the phone purchase and that no charges would appear on my ATT account for the phones. However, when I turned the phones into my local store where I live they informed me that was not the case. Even though I had a receipt stating otherwise. So I am out 700.00 because they essentially lied to me.

  Both Jordans were very helpful. They were both knowledgeable, patient, honest and kind. If your tech is fixable, they’ll fix it.

  I received an email from these geek squad Best buy. I'm not sure what's going on I was alerted that there is a lot of spam and scams going on that I got to I got a receipt and saying that $410 for my subscription was renewed and I have no idea what it is so just be aware it's not coming from the real geek squad or Best buy but it appears to be very real
