They are the next best thing since Radio Shack closed its doors for weird electronic parts not needed on a daily basis. Still needed, can't buy & try everything on the internet when something breaks & you need that day. As for overall electronic assortment in store, there's alot of improvement needed. Why have 35 alarm systems but no A.I. Bots, Apple/Samsung XRs only Meta? No Touchscreen on wheels (Next Years Must Need)! List goes on & on! More Assortment Please!

If i could give 0 stars i would.. I went in to purchase a christmas present for my cousin. When i went to check out the guy behind the counter was very nice until he offered me the Best buy credit card and i declined. He offered it again and told me that it was a great deal and i declined again. He then offered it again pushing it, at this point i was very uncomfortable as there was a whole line of people behind me and said" i think if i got another credit card my husband would divorce me of course joking and laughing while saying it trying to make it less uncomfortable". He then said "If your husband would divorce you over that you should probably consider the divorced". Then said i know it was just a joke but i really need you to get the credit card. I'm not sure if they make money off of selling the credit card or what but it was the most uncomfortable experience i've ever had just trying to buy a product.

After standing for 10 minutes waiting for service, an associate finally came around.... and helped a couple who had just got there. To top it off when somebody did finally come around they had no idea what they were talking about when I came to computers. I'm no genius, but I atleast don't try and BS my way through things. Every best buy is about the same, horrible in store service and lack luster knowledge. No wonder everybody shops online.

Came in to take a look at a laptop. I had Cole approach me who was very kind and educated and let me know about some deals. I ended up placing an order for pickup today as I wanted to weigh my options. When I went back in today, they asked why I came in today at the front desk. I shared I was there for pickup. Stood there for a few minutes while they didn’t send anybody over to help me at the pickup counter and the area was unmanned. I went back to the initial help desk, and they said they’d be over. Waited a total of about 10 minutes to just get a pickup order. I get it, it’s Christmas. But not having a single person over there, and understaffed around this time is annoying. I’ll just patronize another store. It’s never a consistent experience and it’s been time to leave a review. I also am not thrilled they don’t even check who the pickup person is. I picked up an expensive item, and inexpensive or not, this seems flawed to me.

If zero stars was an option, that would be what I’d rate them! Best Buy managed to sell me $800 of completely over priced - useless products that couldn’t even connect to each other. Then when I went in to return one of the items, an employee named Shane at the front hit me with the most dismissive, smart-ass comment: “well I didn’t sell it to you.”
The attitude, the incompetence, the total lack of responsibility—absolutely disgusting. I’ve never dealt with a store so careless about its customers. This place is a joke, and I’ll never waste another dollar there.
