Driving distance will vary for everyone; and knowing what's available is necessary in order to be able to buy it.

I came in with a problem it was able to solve it with no issue in under 10 minutes. This dude needs a raise you should see the way he handles elderly folks in the morning. Went in a few minutes ago to use it for the First time and the screen saver for my iPhone 16 pro max is out of stock. The “manager “ tried to charge me $ to upgrade. I bought the LIFETIME screen saver program! Honor your promises and programs! What an unprofessional experience and what shady business practices. Shame on you. Perhaps I didn’t explain myself clearly- I purchased a screen protector replacement policy for the life of the phone (iPhone 16 pro max). I did not purchase a particular brand of screen protector, I purchased the replacement plan if the protector was cracked or damaged- for the time I own the phone. At the time, there were no caveats explained to me, and I blindly had faith in your business. To be told by your employee that it was unavailable to order and would have to be replaced only with a more expensive screen protector is ludicrous. Please send me a copy of my contract so I can see where it states all of these replacement exceptions. That is something I’m entitled to and I look forward to you proving me wrong.
