The female worker needs to learn how to speak with customers and learn what information is not appropriate to share. The week prior, the kid who ordered our phones either straight up lied to us or has no clue about his company or even cared. Luckily the second young man to help us today after being there for over an hour got things cancled, was not able to close a sale but it was not his fault, the other 2 sealed the fate on that sale. Wish i had a manager or owners contact info. Will not be back, and this store lost a sale today. Im sure they wont care about 1 persona opinion though
