We left feeling unsure and disappointed. However, Andew and Alan completely turned the situation around. They took the time to listen, thoroughly explain everything, and help correct the mistakes made by the previous rep. Their professionalism, patience, and honesty made a huge difference. What started off as a bad experience ended up being a genuinely positive one. Because of Andew and Alan, we left feeling satisfied and confident in our choices. I will definitely be back. I use my IPhone for work and was unable to use the work ap with my 8. My need to upgrade was immediate. Andrew made the process efficient and seamless transferring all information, educating me on the new features, and providing all necessary accessories in order to make sure I had no interruption to all uses of my cell phone before I walked out the door. I appreciate his patience and time. Thank you Andrew.

He made me aware of upgrades and their benefits and all other options, but did not needlessly pressure me into them which was appreciated. - ASAkbar SNov 4, 20255.0Came to pick up a phone that I preordered and Andrew, the manager originally helped me Him and his colleague, Tony worked diligently in making certain that I had the best promotions available, not only attempting to save me money AFTER buying the most expensive iPhone available, but actually was successful in doing so. I also needed a discount for my mobile plus fios plan because I have both services and for whatever reason it wasn’t working They wouldn’t let me leave until it was working and making sure everything was done as it was originally supposed to be They took their time in analyzing my account but worked very fast in making things happen. I will NEVER go anywhere else. This experience was the BEST cell phone store experience I’ve had. Thank you Tony and Andrew for going out of your way gentlemen! See you again soon!!
