They are unable to replace hinge connected to the screen after holding the computer for 3 weeks. My computer opens and closes prior to giving it to them. Now my comouter is like a trash.

Every time they say it's fixed but it only lasts for days or weeks before the problem reoccurs. The last time they allegedly replaced the hard drive. Wonder what today's diagnosis will be and how long I'll be without my computer this round. There should be a lemon law for computers, since this one is a total lemon.
