  Do not buy from this company do not buy any of their products and do not speak with any of their customer service. It’s all a waste of time.

  I have been a long time customer of Best Buy. Every time I go to get something that's under warranty they always some how leisurely change the policy and always trying to get me to pay more money... Every time.

  1.5 months, 3 ovens later I wanted to write this review. While some of the employees are totally clueless, some of them are really helpful. George Keller at the appliance center took care of us today with utmost respect and friendliness. 2 weeks left to thanksgiving and the closest time samsung(the worst ever) could come was a week later. With George’s help and professionalism, I get a new oven in a few days. I would like to thank him for his help.

  Employees definitely need some training. Spoke to 4 different people First one didn’t even know how to help. The others sent me to 3 different aisles for a charger for router. Spent almost half an hour left.

  While bestbuy itself is fine, the geeksquad there is absolutely horrible. A few weeks ago my old laptops registry was corrupted. Id been meaning to get a new one since this one was fairly old and I could use a new one. The guy who helped us pick out a new laptop was great. He was very helpful and did an amazing job. I told him that I had a lot of personal files and other programs on my old laptop that I couldnt afford to loose and needed them for schoolwork. He talked with geeksquad and told us that they could do transfer everything on Sunday. Its important to note here that ive been without the ability to use my laptop for about a week now. This means I have had to do all my schoolwork on my phone, which is extremely difficult and I had to get a few extensions. We go in on Sunday and geeksquad tells us they screwed up and cant actually do anything until FRIDAY. Even the guy who was told by geeksquad that it could be done on Sunday was confused. I understand people make mistakes but this is unprofessional. That's a 5 day difference. But whatever, we wait and while we do, I do some independent research and learn that geeksquad doesnt have the greatest reputation. Given the fact that Ive had issues with them in the past before all of this, im inclined to agree. I talk with my friend who works in tech and share my concerns. He says not to worry too much and tells me if im reallg stressed out about not everything being transferred, that I should specifically request to have everything on my old HDD put in a folder on my new laptop. So I do. I even put a note taped to my old laptops screen specifically telling them what to do. Cut to when I get my laptop back and the folder is the incorrect size, missing things that should have been in it. Thankfully cloud services allowed me to recover a lot of it, nothing major was lost. The problem though is that they were paid $200 only to screw up a simple job where they even had instructions in writing on specifically what I wanted. I would not ever recommend geeksquad ever.
