Customer for years never get any help with problems I need no matter who’s working. “Sorry we can’t do anything about that call verizon customer service” must be in their employment training. They won’t even try and help you navigate the issue with customer service in store just send you home. I never write reviews but if you have an issue with phone just handle it yourself cause you won’t get anywhere going in for help, save the gas money and time
