- MZMelissa Zelanko6 days ago1.0After a week of replacing a broken phone , stopping at this location and the location in Altoona, I'm convinced thier employees are only capable of selling you a phone . They don't actually get the phones to work or are capable of tech support. As for tech support over the phone it took two days four and a half hrs and 8 different people to get the phone working. For the money we dish out for these phones you would think Version would train their employees better.

Customer for years never get any help with problems I need no matter who’s working. “Sorry we can’t do anything about that call verizon customer service” must be in their employment training. They won’t even try and help you navigate the issue with customer service in store just send you home. I never write reviews but if you have an issue with phone just handle it yourself cause you won’t get anywhere going in for help, save the gas money and time
