Waited an hour just for the guy to tell me I'm not eligible even tho online I am for upgrade. Something that could tooken 5 mins to see if I qualify waited an hour

You can't trust the representatives. They do whatever they can to schmooze and deceive you into spending more money than necessary. They lied to my face and told me I'd be spending only 3 dollars more for unlimited data, when in fact I'll be spending $40+ more than I would be sticking to 5GB. On top of this, for whatever sketchy reason, they changed my payment history to make it look like I paid part of my last bill earlier than I normally do with autopay.
Totally and utterly unacceptable business practices. They are not there for the benefit of the customer. I will be returning to get answers, and ask them why I should be sticking with Verizon after this outrageous incident.
