We stopped into this store after a terrible experience at the Verizon store in Yorktown Plaza. The staff at the Upper Peach store was fantastic. They went out of their way to explain everything, they even suggested we make a few adjustments to our plan, saving over $10/month off our bill.

Steve and Anthony spent a lot of time helping me reset my phone. They went out of their way to make sure I had it programmed. They also helped me get new add ons which helped me back up my phone properly. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The customer service at this location is always friendly and helpful, but somehow, I leave in a Verizon crisis every time. When I first opened my account, I was promised a promotion to pay off my old provider — which never happened. I eventually came back to upgrade my phone, trusting that things would be handled better, but once again, the promotion wasn’t clearly explained, and now I’m stuck with an unexpected balance on a new device.
I shouldn’t have to spend hours in a Verizon store resolving issues and still end up dealing with customer service over the phone afterward. If that’s the case, what’s the point of coming into the store at all? I just want transparency and consistency when handling my account. I feel lied to and Schemed for a sale and I don’t like that.

Simply help that could be solved with an associate is made near impossible. Ai says it will send a link it does not it sends a code that there is no place to put. Just a wasted circle
