I had questions about purchasing a new phone and which one I wanted. All he did was point to the direction of where the phones were. I had questions that he apparently did not want to be bothered answering. I think I was taking his buzz away. Very rude guy. I would suggest if you need to go to a cricket authorized dealer do not go to this on
