I ported over from Metro By T-Mobile and got the iPhone 13 on a great deal for $118.99 out the door and I also got a phone case, privacy screen protector, and pop socket on a great deal as well. He was super kind, and the store was well-stocked, and well-organized as well as clean! This is my new favorite location, I use to go to West 12th Street but the lady and gentleman there is completely rude, and incompetent when we was with Cricket before but I am so glad State Street turned around and have great employees there! I am so pleased with the service when I got home my husband’s line was added through me! Super satisfied and pleased with the smooth and quick process yesterday as well as the great customer service experience and our signal is 10X better than with Metro! Thank you to the wonderful gentleman for all your help!
- EEEmilyJun 4, 20251.0DO NOT GET CRICKET SERVICE!!!!! Would get 0 stars if I could. So I purchased 2 iPhones in January (full retail price) asked the sales rep at the store specificity “if I am unhappy with my service am I able to stitch my device to another carrier?” They told me yes. Sense then I have had horrible experience with their service and calling customer support is a joke! Now come to find out today when I call to unlock my phone so I can port back over to visible I get told there there is a mandatory 6 month period before you are able to unlock a device. So now I’m stuck with horrible service for at least two more months. When I called customer service to see about resolving the issue I get hung up on multiple times and the Customer Care chat agents closed out my support multiple times as well leaving me with no resolution to my problem or even an answer as to why their policies are this way And why that wasn’t clearly communicated by their staff upon purchase. Do not waste your time purchasing devices from this provider you will be so disappointed. Not to mention, you are overpaying.
