We are new customers (we switched from our old carrier to Cricket),not only are we saving money from what we we're paying our old carrier for 6 lines BUT this employee was understanding and such a sweetheart to my 88 year old father in law. He took his time and helped him figure out his new phone. Again thank you so very much. I will recommend this store to anybody.
