I walked in to ask if they could order a replacement sim to our address on file for my mom who just got a new s25 ultra device. I wanted to get a new sim card to ensure there were no compatibility issues. But the person said they don't support sim cards and you have to go to esim. I asked them if they could order because the Verizon website was having issues ordering (it would do a loop back to shopping card when trying to order a replacement sim card). But I finally was able to order through the website and get a new sim card in the mail. So the service desk representatives essentially just lied to customers to not deal with the hassle or because that's what higher up management wants them to say or guide customers towards. But I don't want esim, and I don't like being unnecessarily pushed towards esim.

That was absolutely not the case today - this was possibly my best customer experience ever in replacing my cellphone. We reviewed my plan info and I'm confident I have what works best for me. Mike made sure all my data and apps transferred over correctly to my new phone. I highly recommend taking your wireless needs to this store.
