I was told clearly my total bill would not exceed $180, with insurance free for 6 months. None of that was honored. I had to physically go into the store because nobody could fix it over the phone. Instead of taking responsibility, they were disrespectful — even though the mistake was on their end. I had to call multiple times just to find out the promotions were never applied. The third time they “fixed it,” they only applied it to one line. That’s not an accident. That’s incompetence at best. A company should not need three attempts to apply a basic promotion they promised to close the sale. If you walk into this Verizon location, double check everything. Get it in writing. Assume nothing. Because once you sign, you’re on your own. I’m taking my business to T-Mobile. I’d rather deal with a competitor than continue wasting time chasing broken promises. Customers deserve transparency. Not games.
