I have lost hours of work and income and still no correction. I have had to call Microsoft or adobe directly and I have been on hold for a store manager for over 30 mins answer and they have not and Geek squad tech couldn't even schedule a call back or appointment time I just needed to call on a different day? Seriously? Im pulling my service plan and going to a local tech that will actually help.
