After multiple trips to pen argyl nobody seems to be able to fix this issue. Finally after going to Palmer park mall Jissa gave me a few suggestions on where to go from here.. Ended up having to get a new device.

I also could not understand what the rep was saying. Only to go to the Cricket store and have a very competent/patient/graceful woman named Micaela sort everything out with a smile while offering some good advice while doing so. 10/10 for Micaela P.
