  Solo busque una cita para mi perrita pues logre un cupón para su primer examen gratis el lunes 16 fueron muy amables aunque no se el idioma inglés, espero poder entenderme el lunes bien

  Extremely disappointed with their communication. Rude & condescending. I was treated immediately like I was in a sales office, the vet didn't come in first. Someone came in to show me a list of prices based on an assumed diagnosis. Again, I hadn't even seen the vet yet?!? You can't give me a list of medications & possible treatments & the prices without even looking at my pet first?!? What sort of vet is this?!? Very strange, I HAD TO ASK to see the vet for a diagnosis before making a decision on how much I was going to spend on treatment. The woman with the price list was short with me, unfriendly, & was annoyed that I asked to see the vet first, weird... Lastly, the practice manager, (Marsha), is dishonest, rude, & underhanded. I've had pets for 40 years & have never been treated this way by a veterinarian or their whole practice. Horrible, traumatic, upsetting experience!!! My stomach felt sick after she spoke to me because of her dishonesty & rudeness. She's the practice manager?!? I couldn't believe the way I was treated by everyone but especially her, she's supposed to be the most professional one there. The fish stinks from the head down for sure. Obviously, I have switched my veterinarian.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about VCA Dunmore Animal Hospital. They have never turned us down, no matter the situation, and that alone means everything to me as a pet owner. The staff at reception are always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the vets are just as kind, patient, and professional. You can truly feel that they care — not just about doing their job, but about the animals and the people who love them. Every time I bring Lily here, I leave with peace of mind, feeling confident that she couldn’t get better care anywhere else. This clinic sets the standard for compassion and professionalism. Highly recommended. 🐾❤️

  Brittany the assistant was great, amazing bedside manners and very sweet and kind. The vet Mia was very nice and informative. We have a cane corso so she is big and strong but she was treated with care and we all worked as a team to make sure she got the treatment needed.

  Called on a Saturday morning to have my dog seen to get a refill on her insulin, the girl who answered the phone said they were booked but let me check with the veterinarian and see if we can make something work, she called me back within 10mins and they offered me an 11am appointment. When we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist and had a seat for many 10 mins before we got brought in a room the vet assistant was very pleasant and we were seen right away by veterinarian. We were in and out in 30-40 mins and on our way back home. I highly recommend them to anyone in need.
