  I had an amazing experience at this Verizon store. Jay, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with exactly what I needed. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and efficient, which made the process stress-free. If you’re looking for great customer service and someone who truly knows their stuff, ask for Jay. Highly recommend this location!

  Jay was extremely helpful in saving us quite a lot on our monthly bill and with additional promotional offers. Thank you! This was one of my best Verizon experiences ever. I'm also glad to have a local Verizon store in my area with people who know their job.

  I never write reviews, but the service I received on Saturday was a very pleasant experience. Not easily impressed with any large cell phone carriers, but jay went above and beyond to set us up for our transition from ATT over to Verizon. So far so good. Thank you jay!

  Finally new verizon store open in our neighborhood so convenient now.i got 17 pro max here with great staff.manager jay was awesome he gave me discount on accessories too.highly recommended to family , friends and my neighbors.Thanks team.

They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I left with the best plan and device for my needs. Everything was handled efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service, honest advice, and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
