I didn’t even place a ticket in but he probably sensed the look on my face of frustration. He so kindly asked me how he could assist me today & patiently waited for me to finish my rant about my phone. He suggested that I deleted all of the “recently deleted” photos out of my phone and to make sure I was on the newest update. Sounds simple, right? It was something I could have probably googled. But he deserves a 5 star review for his overall customer service. I just want to ensure he is recognized in some way for making my day so much lighter! His name was Chavez. I hope everyone is able to experience this exceptional customer service at this location!

Without their assistance, my wife Kathy and I would have probably been committed to a Mental Hospital because of the overwhelming amount of obstacles and technical issues that were required just to watch television.
