Any questions or concerns you have you talk to some phone service who can't answer questions and you cannot talk to anyone in any store of your purchase. Cant reach a manager cant talk to the Geek Squad and the phone service has absolutely no clue what they are doing. I will never be dealing with Best Buy again. Great job Best Buy doing absolutely nothing to help customers. SHOP ELSEWHERE EVERYONE!
