Absolutely terrible! Took my Apple Watch down because it was not holding charge mind you my watch is only 5 months old! When I took it to T-Mobile they told me I had to bring it to geek squad to do a diagnostic on it well I went to Dickson city geek squad and the guy behind the counter Jose was absolutely the worst person to ever deal with! He had very poor customer service care, my daughter and I both heard him talking to another employee about us! Very very disrespectful especially for having a job in customer service! There were two appointments at 5:20 pm and they didn’t show I asked him how long I’d have to waite before he can help me he said 10 minutes well Took him a good hour before actually helping me! After he finally did look at it he ran a test and said there was nothing wrong with it but when I took it back to T-Mobile they even said there was something definitely wrong with it for it not to hold charge for more than two hours! T-Mobile gave my apple support number and I am now in communication and will deal with them from now on over geek squad! Unless you enjoy poor customer service stay away from geek squad!

Was told when I made the appointment the service I nee needed would be free then after driving over an hour to get there (Day Of) I was told the charge would be $40 BAD BUSINESS TACTICS BEST BUY!!!!!
