Both staffers tried to tell me that Verizon "randomly kicks older phones off their network when they no longer take updates,"(iPhone 13s are fully supported thru 2030 according to Verizon's own publicly available tech agreement with Apple) and only focused on the fact that both phones on my plan were eligible for an upgrade. They didn't offer to replace my SIM card, nor did they offer to set up an eSIM on my phone. Predatory business tactics here, avoid at all costs. Got my issue fixed in 5 minutes at the Wilkes-Barre location.
