  Fatai and George were very helpful with my new phone. Fatai walked me thru setting up my device. I highly recommend these guys and store. Thanks guys

  Fatai was excellent. Managed to help another customer and myself at the same time. He was friendly and welcoming, making sure people had a place to sit while they waited and helped me find the best deal on my new iPhone.

  Went for a new phone, ended up getting scammed! My husband and I went here to upgrade my phone, and Preston helped us. Everything was fine in the store, but the problems arose the next day when my father (the account holder) looked through the information he was emailed. As it turns out, a new line was nefariously added to my old phone under a mixed-up version of my father's name. The plan was for $30 a month! We never asked for a new number nor line, and did not give our authorization for this. The new phone number was never given to us in the store either, so we had no idea this was sneakily added to our account. Then my father noticed a $20 a month protection plan was added to my line. Preston asked us if we wanted any type of protection plan, and we specifically said no, yet it was added. Then my husband and I reviewed our receipt from the store (which Preston begrudgingly gave us), and saw we were charged a $30 water-protection plan!! So we were charged for 2 protection plans, when we said we wanted none. This is apparently a one-time protection plan that a TCC store can add, yet we didn't ask for it, didn't want it, and didn't know we were billed for it. My husband returned to TCC and they did refund us for that, but it shouldn't have been added in the first place. My father spoke to Verizon customer service to get everything straightened, and the representative was appalled at the "malpractice" (she specifically called it that). She said she would be filing a report so this can be looked into further. We've been going here for years to upgrade our phones, and are truly upset and appalled by Preston's sneaky and devious behavior.
