You'll hear things like, "it's not in our system", or, "we'll call you", or, "contact online support", and the list goes on. However, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to point out, once that purchase exceeds 30 days, it's yours! Yep. No refund after that. It doesn't matter that you couldn't get the address to ship it back IN THE STORE! NO, listen, I can walk right next door to the UPS store. Nope. We don't know the address. Seriously 🤔 You don't know the address of your own company's return location?! For weeks on end I fought with these people. Day after day, week in and week out. Back online, back in person. They doubted my resolve. I will never in my life work with Verizon again. I will send smoke signals before I entertain these folks again. Get a different provider, do yourself a favor.
