Unknown to me they GLUED THE BRACKET TO THE DRY WALL in addition to bolting to studs. SO when I got a new TV for Christmas, I needed a different bracket and when I removed the Best Buy installed bracket, pieces of the dry wall came off. Geek Squad sucks.
