Asked 3 people who worked there for help and they said “not my department but I’ll send someone over”. Obviously no one came yet there they were standing around chatting and on their phones!
- GGGeorgeDec 3, 20251.0We purchased a dishwasher here in October and have had an horrible experience with this Best Buy. Especially the poor communication between departments. The delivery/installation entity that is Geek Squad or whatever company they outsource with, have been extremely challenging. Starting from day 1, they delivered the wrong dishwasher, had to circle back to change them out. Then They informed us that they could not install due to a valve that could not connect to their hose system. I changed the valve out and we attempted to reschedule 5 times between the store and main customer service line. The dishwasher has been in the same spot since they delivered it. It’s been over a month and a half since delivery and they have not returned to install it, even though this was part of the deal to get the warranty. Ultimately, we have decided to return the dishwasher and purchase a dishwasher from a different store. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon.
