The process can be overwhelming but John went above and beyond — answered all our questions, handled the transfer smoothly, and even put on our screen protectors. I had to leave the store, and he continued helping me via phone and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. Truly excellent customer service — Verizon needs more reps like him!

I had a problem with my Hot Spot and he went 3 layers deep with addressing my issue and even calling service with me to help navigator through it while on the phone with them. He also took the extra time to look up my account and noticed I was being charged full price for my new phone from another store and explained how to correct it. He was really attentive and assertive in helping me and I really appreciated his help. 5 star employee!!! Great work.
