Two others, including the manager, are doing nothing to provide customer service. The business practices are also deceptive as they send a text to upgrade your paid off device, but then plan to charge you far more money.

- JPJen PradziadOct 21, 20255.0I went into the Verizon store that recently moved to/opened in the Collegeville Shopping Center to get a new phone and switch from AT&T to Verizon, and it was a wonderful experience to work with Neel! While there were "hiccups" in the process, they were caused by my "murphy's law" life...but Neel had a patience of a saint, he worked to find the best solution to the "murphy's law" issues I had, AND he went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. I honestly did not expect to save money by switching (the switch was due to service issues I had with AT&T), but I am thrilled to have less pulled from my bank every month!
