Even if you just want to drop something off and pick it up later, nope they won't do it. The place is seriously understaffed and they don't tell you that certain stores may not be able to perform the repairs that they offer on their website. You have to wait until your appointment to be told that. Yet another reason not to shop at Best Buy.
