To our displeasure, those phones were not able to be released. Though this sounds like the beginning of a negative review.. it’s not! Store representative, Nolan, took on our issue as his own. He spent over 60 minutes on the phone with customer service ensuring that we got the same deal that was offered online, and that we left the store with our new phones that night. Nolan was friendly, persistent in meeting our needs as customers, and thorough as a representative. This was an experience that could have been troublesome, but turned into one of the best that we’ve had. Nolan.. Thank You! If you have cellular needs.. he’s the man to see!

I wanted the phone this weekend and before my birthday this weekend but who knows when I will get it now. Verizon does not believe in taking care of the customer and putting a rush shipment out either. Verizon has had the phone since Tuesday.

Unfortunately this is the closest store to us now and we have been here 4-6 times and every time walking out within minutes because I am handed a slip with phone numbers to call instead. The employees practically ignore you even if you are there and they just seem incompetent all together. I can go 30 minutes away and get more help at an authorized retailer.

James took over my situation and was able to push my order through when two stores and multiple customer service representatives failed. Despite being understandably frustrated himself, he was able to solider through and got me good to go.
