Says he can’t do anything to help when corporate and other stores we called to confirm and they all say that the service we need he is more than capable of doing. He’s lazy doesn’t want to help. Hasn’t even looked up our account or looked into it and told us he can’t do anything to help when he didn’t even put in any effort. Worst person to represent a major company. He is a liar don’t trust him or this store. They are only out to take your money and make everything more difficult for the customers of this location. We have been dealing with this issue for the last 4 days and when we talk to everyone at other locations they have confirms that this Corporate store is more than able to do everything we need to do. Nolan needs to be fired and replaced horrible customer service. he’s condescending and down plays our situation. Go to t mobile or AT&T.

To our displeasure, those phones were not able to be released. Though this sounds like the beginning of a negative review.. it’s not! Store representative, Nolan, took on our issue as his own. He spent over 60 minutes on the phone with customer service ensuring that we got the same deal that was offered online, and that we left the store with our new phones that night. Nolan was friendly, persistent in meeting our needs as customers, and thorough as a representative. This was an experience that could have been troublesome, but turned into one of the best that we’ve had. Nolan.. Thank You! If you have cellular needs.. he’s the man to see!
