After waiting for several minutes and seeing nobody around, I took a step towards the open "employees only" door and simply said "Hello?" I could hear movements and shortly after a woman came out with a name tag that said "store manager". I explained my issues and she was instantly short and all of her response were filled with attitude. She was looking on my phone and swiping through all my apps, I asked her what she was looking for, to try to help, and she just waved me off. After not really helping with any of my issues she turned to walk away. She ended up saying, not apologizing, that they are all in a big meeting. All employees were in it and the front door was propped open for customers to walk straight in with no one at all around to help or watch over the store front. I've been a customer for a few years and found all other locations to be helpful, except for the Chambersburg location.
