Practically shooed me out the door because I didn't start a trade-in with him, refusing to allow me to pay for and pick up my in-store order, all because he didn't want to "interfere with someone's commission". I have to return in a couple days to finish the deal with Chris, who is one of the most pleasant reps I've worked with, but I wonder how Brian is still employed if this is how he treats people who walk in those doors. I'd advise you to call ahead and ask for Chris.

If you’d like an experience even more useless and aggravating than verizon’s automated customer service phone number, stop in here. Associate was rude and unhelpful. Go to Lehigh Valley Mall or Quakertown- they are actual Verizon stores that care about keeping the business of existing Verizon customers.
