I had lost my phone among a million of other annoying things to happen.Needless to say I was not in a good mood. When I went into the Verizon store, Jessica, the manager instantly put me at ease. She hooked me up with a new phone And a Wi-Fi box. I’ve never had Wi-Fi in my life. I always just used my phone for everything, but from her recommendation, I thought it was about time to brought in my Wi-Fi Horizons. What I was impressed with the most was her ability to empathize, but still be professional. She’s the type of employee an employer should be grateful to have. I’m so happy with everything she offered me . What a great experience ❤️
