I asked the guy if I could upgrade my phone and the only option he had was for me to buy it outright with no reduced price or anything I have been with the same phone plan for 10 yrs so I thought this was strange since I’ve upgraded before so I jumped ship and went to a new carrier and now every time I go in to get my transfer information there is a new problem getting it.
