I arrived at the location at 12:55 pm. I was greeted at the door, provided my name and stated I had an appt with PJ. The greeter pointed to PJ and told me he was with a customer and would be a while,then, he said there is another customer ( family multiple people) that also had an appt with PJ at 1p !?!?!?!? As Pj walked by the greeter said to him- you have two people scheduled at 1P. PJ laughed, said we could look around ???? Totally not acceptable. I left. Someone needs to look into PJs ability to actually USE a Calendar, Clock, Schedule etc. And by the way Verizon, I didn’t think it was funny or amusing. Looking in to other phone carrier’s and options. Also thanks for the 25 year customer congrats you sent me Dave Sears
