    We arrived at the Verizon store at 7:40 PM and noticed that Inder and another colleague were sitting inside the store in the dark. There was no greeting or acknowledgment when we entered, which made it feel as though the intention was for customers to assume the store was already closed rather than being welcomed. We were told to come back the next day because the system had supposedly already been shut down at 7:40 PM. Unfortunately, that was not an option for us, and when we explained this, the situation became uncomfortable. After that, they attempted to suggest that our Apple Watches had not arrived. Both employees then went into the back for an extended period of time and eventually came back out with the watches. Throughout the interaction, the attitude was not friendly, welcoming, or professional. The atmosphere felt tense and uninviting, which was especially disappointing since Inder had assisted us previously and was aware of how patient and cooperative we had been during our past visit. This experience left a very bad taste in our mouths and ultimately resulted in us not wanting to conduct any future business with Inder or the other associate involved. For anyone visiting this Verizon location, I would strongly recommend working exclusively with Justin. Based on our experiences, he has consistently been professional, welcoming, and helpful, and he is the only representative we would feel comfortable doing business with moving forward.

What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable he was—no pressure, no upselling, just honest help and great service. He made sure everything was set up correctly before we left and that we actually understood what we were paying for. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you save money and get the best deal, ask for Inder. Highly recommend this location.
