- SWsheila wolffNov 12, 20255.0Caring vets and staff. Been with them for over 20 yrs. COVID changed some vets but replacement of org vets have been good. Worth me traveling a little further. Seperate entrances and waiting rooms for dogs vs cats. :).

I called today because I just rescued another cat and I was denied a free exam because I’m already a client. I am not a pet; I am an owner. It’s a little misleading considering it says first exam of NEW PET not new owner. Pretty disappointed. And it’s $109 for an appointment, really? I won’t recommend this place. I liked it the first time which is why I wanted to come back with a new rescue. Don’t advertise for new pets when it’s actually new owners.
- RRRhondaJul 10, 20251.0Horrible they gave my cat a rabies shot and he was way too weak to get that according to an animal hospital I had to take him too after they seen him . He was having every side affect and allergic reaction to the shot and when I called Northside the front desk girl said there was no way he was! And I asked to talk to the vet that seen him and she said she would have her call me back ! The vet never called me back and I called 3 times asking for her never returned my call took him to another animal hospital and they said he was having the allergic reaction and side effects from it and two seizures that put him in a coma and he ended up passing away! Because of there negligence!
