I purchased an open-box laptop online and picked it up in store. When I received it, the laptop was handed to me completely bare—no box or packaging, just the laptop and charger. After testing it in my car, I immediately noticed issues: the touchpad was sticking and not working properly, and the screen appeared blurry.
I went back into the store pretty upset, but I was extremely pleased with how the situation was handled. The exchange process was simple and stress-free, and I was able to swap it for a brand-new laptop without any hassle.
Huge shout-out to Connor for the excellent customer service. Not only did he help me with the exchange quickly and professionally, but he also left the customer service desk to walk over to the laptop section and personally help me find the right laptop I was looking for. That level of care really made a difference.
I understand it’s a very busy time of year, but I do hope Geek Squad can be more thorough with open-box items—making sure everything works properly and that products are at least packaged in some way—so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
Overall, thanks again to Connor for making what started as a frustrating experience quick, easy, and positive.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The store was not busy and I wanted to purchase an Apple Watch. Was ignored by all of the sales associates with the exception of the AT &T Wireless vendor. After 10 minutes, went over to the entrance where 3 employees were standing doing nothing. Finally asked for clarification on whether the displayed watch was the 42mm or 46mm. The young woman looked at me like I was an idiot and said “I don’t know” and started to walk away. I stopped her and asked for the manager so I could get some answers. Colin came over and was more rude and indifferent than his employee. I surmised that he trained her. I went to Target and bought the watch and a 65” television and the service was great! Btw, contacted BB customer service to file a complaint a week ago and nobody followed up.
