    I had two of the best retail experiences at this location. On both occasions I was assisted by Matthew, he is awesome! I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge of electronics and store inventory. Also, he treated me exceptionally well, taking the time to explain different options I had for purchasing several things (I.e., electronics, washer/dryer, and etc). Having worked retail before, I applaud professionals like Matthew who take their work seriously and do it with a positive demeanor. I usually purchase online, but because of the experience at this store, I will be back!

    Why is it so hard to get anyone to answer the phone when there’s tons of employees standing around eager for customers to come in? I was on hold for an hour before I gave up and just drove there. Really frustrating

    Can we please get rid of curbside service? I've tried it twice. (1) It says ready within an hour get to the store 90 minutes later the order still isn't ready. (2) I receive a notification that the order is ready I've now been waiting over ten minutes. No one has approached me wirh my order. The last time i ordered a curbside i had to walk into the store to get my order. This is getting ridiculous.

    Even though best buy says they are the best buy, they are not the best buy. Today I went to best buy to price match a Samsung s25 ultra from walmart which is selling for $1,079. Best buy is selling $1,299 And they refused to price match. So they are not the best buy. They are the biggest lie. Don't not buy at any best buy because they aren't the best price.
