I visited this location after spotting an open-box item listed on the Best Buy app. An associate took the time to help me track it down, and when it couldn't be found right away, he brought in a manager to assist. The two of them spent nearly 30 minutes combing through physical inventory and digging through their system to try to locate it for me. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find the item — but honestly, that almost didn't matter. The level of effort and genuine care from the staff was impressive. They were friendly, patient, and never made me feel like an inconvenience, even for a search that took that long. That kind of service is rare and worth recognizing. Great location with a fantastic team. I'll definitely be back.

Charger costs more than the value. I do like that it can charge android or apple phones.

My experience could not have been more disappointing. I chose to purchase the Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses through Best Buy, as my girlfriend and I have been loyal Total Tech members for years. Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a mistake. The issues began at the Best Buy location in West Mifflin. When I went there to purchase the glasses, an employee informed me they were sold out but advised that the South Hills location had them in stock. I then traveled to the South Hills store, only to be told upon arrival that they were also sold out. This was extremely frustrating, as I had been directed there based on incorrect information. I left the store and waited for the glasses to become available online. When they finally did, I placed an order and was excited to receive them. However, upon delivery, I was disappointed to find that the arms of the glasses were scratched. While I would not normally make a major issue out of this, the glasses cost nearly $500, and I expected them to be in perfect condition. As a Total Tech member, I assumed this issue would be handled quickly and professionally by Best Buy. I returned to the South Hills location and spoke with a supervisor, who told me, “You need to contact Ray-Ban if they came scratched.” I was shocked by this response, especially given my membership and the fact that the product was purchased directly from Best Buy. I considered keeping the glasses for a short time, as replacements were out of stock. Fortunately, I later found them restocked on BestBuy.com and placed a new order, hoping for a better outcome. I then returned to the South Hills location to return the original scratched pair. During this return, the employee assisting me made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. They called over a coworker to process the refund, and in doing so, she inadvertently canceled my new order. As a result, after all the waiting and inconvenience, I now have no glasses and am uncertain whether I will receive a full refund for both orders. I also attempted to resolve the issue through Best Buy’s online chat support, but I was transferred between multiple agents who were unable to provide clear answers or assistance. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. It has left me feeling that both employees and supervisors do not prioritize customer service or the overall customer experience.

Stopped in BETHEL PARK store for some tv shopping today. While in the tv dept I was approached by an employee who asked if I needed help, when I told about the particular item that I was interested he said that they might have one though not on display and would send someone in tv to help me. 20-30 minutes later when no one had shown up I was leaving the front entrance and was asked if I had found everything I wanted and told them what had happened. They told me that " Josh" had been sent back to help. Obviously, " Josh" didn't know where the tv dept was. At the time, there were exactly 3 customers in the store and I was the only one in tv's. This, BTW, is the first negative review of a business that I have ever posted but it was shocking to me that they cared so little about me. If potential money spending customers are treated so badly I shudder to think how they they treat you afterwards !
